Default Accidently Ripped Hose

The other day when i replaced my valve cover gasket, i accidently ripped the hose that is connected to the valve cover on the top left side, the one connecting to the intake. should i replace the hose or could i put a breather cap or something??

Personally, I would just replace it. There is no reason to put a breather on there unless you are running a turbo setup. Any autoparts store will have the right diameter hose for you to replace it with.
