Default SAFC Question

I have an 89 crx si that I am going to be installing a b18a into. The engine has p30 pistons in it so I am looking for some type of fuel management setup. I was looking at an Apex'i safc II.Are these compatible with obd-0 computers? Would this give me the tuning capabilities I need or should I look at some sort of stand alone system like hondata. Have any of you used one of these with this type of setup. How did it work for you? Did you have any problems? Is there any other electrical things that I need to consider to run this engine?

P30 pistons increase the CR, but to what point? is it like 12:1 or like 11:1?
Even so, why would you need fuel system?
I have GSR swap in 93 civic with stock fuel system abd 10.7 CR, and it ran perfect. Now I got a Turbo
Hope this helps,
Later,
Mike
