need help on valve adjustment

I bought this stage one OBX racing camshaft. the problem is that I did not get the instruction on setting the valve clearance. All they gave is Lift/Duration: IN. 0470, 240; EX. 0.445, 240. maybe this is the problem why I can't start my car.

Adjust it to factory spec. All valve adjustment does is make sure that there is a proper clearance between the actual camshaft and rocker arms, not the lobes.
