I know your new, but thats no excuse. I'm not going to tell you to do the most obvious thing...although it's obvious...but I will tell you that your next post should include some sort of information and not just a vague question.
Providing your goals and budget is just the beginning..

I was being vague like your post..
What exactly are you after?
What are your goals? Your not going to get much help being vague and asking "which is better" questions if nobody knows what your looking for.

Default just not gettin the q's

You need to give information of what you want!! Do you want it to handle well? or is it just a drag car? how much power do you want? do you want it as a reliable driver? ETC...ETC.. A civic with a h22 will not handle very well!! too much weight in the engine, my freinds is a nightmare, even with coilovers it only helps aliitle bit!! If you want a fast civic which will handle well you shud stick to a b16 or b18, b18's are great, it just depend if you wanna go turbo/supercharged or N/A.if you do go b18 a teg engine will come with a LSD, a b18c4 (1800cc civic vtec) comes with a LSD after 98. no point in havin power if u cant put it on the black top! think about all these types of Q's and what you want, Then ask ppl to help
