Default it won't fire up..

can anyone help me please. I have a 89 honda crx Si. I have changed the motor from non v-tech d16 to a SOHC V-tech d-16a6. I have also put a stage one obx cam and a stage 3 clutch kit. now that I have eveything hooked up, I tried firing it up and it feels like it's going to fire up but it won't. I have used the quick engine start fluid. It fired up no problem but it died down again. It feels like it's not getting any fuel. So I check the fuel pump, no problem, fuel rail, no problem there. I even check the injector relay and still no problem. I even changed the main relay and still it won't fire up. Do I need to get a v-tech injector relay or what?. I checked it there is a spark on the first spark plug and it's showing me big spark. what else can I check.

the next thing I would check would be the ignition and cam timing. If those are out of whack the car will not run. Also, double check your plug wires and make sure they are in the right sequence.
