Noob Q: VTEC CONVERSION

Yes.. Very easily too.. But depends on what you wanna do The best way to go would be the b16a or a1 heads.. they seem to flow better there's been alot of power put down by gsr headers and ITR heads too but i just see everyone doing b16a heads now and days.. do your research its worth it if u have the money specially since your comparing it to doing a swap.. it all depends on how deep your pockets are.

lol, what? Your kidding right?
Lets see honda makes 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder engines with vtec (production). If you can figure out a way to make a head designed for 3 or 4 cylinders operate on a 5 cylinder block then your one step ahead of the engineers.

LoL yea thats wat I was figurin I jus wasnt sure how much of vtec is mechanical and how much is in tha computer u kno wat I mean? Like I wasnt sure if there was some custom work I could do to tha head of tha G25A1 to make it into a vtec wout tryinna swap a head but I dunno cuz I dont fully understand vtec or cars all that much in general LoL so I'm thinkin outta my ballpark here!

Ddogg422, do a search on vtec or simular phrases. I don't have the time to type up how vtec works it's not to complicated but i'm leaving work in about 3 min...Research it a bit so you understand more about it. It's mechanically operated and electronically and mechanically activated...

ight yall thanx 4 ur help but jus wats ur opinions? do u think it will work? i mean u aint gotta tell me y or explain nething 2 me jus in ur opinion will it work or be possible...i'm currently researching too!!
