Which Manifold/header????
Orite heres my dilema, I've heard from a few ppl that a 4-1 header is best for my engine if i want more power after vtec, but 4-2-1 is better for before vtec is this true??? (my engine is a b16a2, and i have a full mongoose exhaust, de'cat and induction kit) I was perfectly happy 2 believe this untill a local tuner told me 4-2-1 was better power for after vtec, i dont know how good his tuning is though he has tuned my freinds 2003 type r civic (header, exhaust, hondata ecu, induction kit) and its still not as quick as id expect!! i wouldnt take my car there anyways!!!
thanx 4 any help

a conventional 4-1 design will help more in the higher rpm range, a 4-2-1 in the low-mid range. but with a lot of the new hybrid 4-2-1 headers now available you can have the best of both worlds. just depends on how much you want to spend.
