if you're using a nonvtec water pump, use a nonvtec belt. vtec pump, vtec belt.

i've read a lot about this. so far my setup is a b18a block with a b16 head. all the forums say use itr or gsr timing belt, water pump, and oil pump. will a b16 oil pump, water pump and timing belt work with my block and my setup?

i dont know about the pumps, but the timing belt will not fit. it is shorter than a b18 belt.
