d16y7 swap.......

Default d16y7 swap.......

okay so im in the middle of a swap right now.. have the enigine in and everything plugged up and ready to go... (90 civic hb si) obd-0 w/si head... and for some reason it is just not turning over.. it is like it wants to but doesnt... and also .. my timing belt is loose.. was wondering if there was a way to tighten it??... plz and suggestions will be greatly appricated!

yeah there is a way to tighten it look in your or go buy a manual and it tells you how to do it but you dont want to be trying to turn it over while that is loose or you will be replacing some valves quite possibly check your timing before you tighten that belt that might be the reason!!

Do you have fuel and spark?
Are you sure that your belt is on correct? You haven't skipped a few teeth on the gear have you? How about your timing? have you adjusted that at all? if it's to far off you may have problems such as your having.
