Default Skunk2Racing Cams

Has anyone tried the Skunk2 Stage 1 or Stage 2 cams here?

I'm curious to know how the idle of the stage 2 camshaft is. Is the idle rough, good, close to stock, unstable or what. I do plan on getting the Springs and Retainers needed with this part too. I'd like to know the difference from the stage 1 and stage 2 cams. I have an adjustable cam gear and VAFC 2 to tune these out as well.

any help with these would be appreciated.

Close to stock from what I've seen.

Stage 1 can use the original valvetrain (when used with stock redline).

Stage 2 makes a bit more power, typically pushes the redline up a bit, and requires aftermarket springs.

How about idle? I don't want my car sounding like a diesel truck with a stage 2 camshaft or like an old car. if it sounds good, then i don't mind.

My Stage 2s had a pretty lumpy idle. It wasn't bad at all (still had a stock 750 rpm idle), but it definitely didn't sound stock. The 2s made really good power overall too.

Does anyone know the lift and duration specs on the skunk2 stage 1 and stage 2 cams for the D16Y8?
