Default Is Greddy Exhaust System worth the extra $$ ?

I have been getting quotes all week from different shops here in Miami,FL......
HP Racing Cat-Back Exhaust - $380 to $435 installed.
Greddy Cat-Back Exhaust - $550 installed.
Both stainless steel, etc...
I dont want a ricy sounding civic. i want my car to have a nice deep sound to it, NO RICE !!! However i also want to put on headers and a body kit this summer, so I AM on a LIMITED cash flow.
I have heard that Greddys are good, but are they really worth the extra money ????
PLEASE HELP !!!!! Im determinded to get this installed by Saterday!!

**Currently the only other performance mod i have is a Mugen Cold-Air Intake.**

I like my Greddy exhaust. Very nice tone, quality and construction. And it's fully stainless steel.

What is rust? We don't have that in California.
