Default Help.

I'm thinking to put B20 block on my B16A engine. What I have to do so I can rev my engine to 8K rpms safely. And how much approx. will it cost (without the B20 block). Thanks.

your b16a already redlines around 8k.....i don't know if its safe or not but my car never redlines there....i've push it over 8,500 by accident while racing ....cuz when i first got it i wasn't used to the short gearing of the tranny. im getting a shift light soon its a must......

upgrade the rod bolts or get forged internals altogether, have the rotating assembly balanced, and you can take it up to 8k.
