Default Legal B20

I have a 97 civic hatch and i was wondering if its possible to have a legal b20 swap. that means me going to a state ref and getting that "officer u got served" sticker. wat parts would i need to get? (ecu, headers, cat?)

To be perfectly legal in any state you'll need a '97 or newer engine block, you'll need to keep it OBD-II, and if memory serves, the state of California requires you to use the original CR-V catalytic converter.

It doesn't take much.
