If that harness is from a 99-00 Si, then yes I would start with that. You may have to extend some sensor wires, and you will need to add the Secondaries/IABs, all the way from the sensor to the ecu.

I dont have a gsr therefore no secondaries, I have 99 teg with b16 head and harness
