Default looking for some advice

ok i have a 95 Civic EX, its a coupe.
its got the d16z6 and a new Centerforce Dual Friction clutch.
soon im going to have like 5000 to put in the motor

should i build up my motor and do turbo/intercooler?

or do an engine swap and bolt ons? im thinkin b18c, b20 or i donno what else

plus im going to have performance tires, rims, LSD, coilovers, and all that stuff. and probably some weight reduction (take out subs, spare tire, back seat, and maybe a CF hood)

if possible i would like to do 13's in the 1/4 mile and i want to take it autocrossing. the car wont have to be a daily driver, but i want it perfectly drivable on the street. so what would be your advice since i know you guys have experience with these things. n/a engine swap or boosted SOHC VTEC?

I would recomend boosting that motor if your looking for 13's.
It's probably the cheapest and easiest way to reach your goal ..
