Default Apexi WS catback problem

Hey, I just got my Apexi ws catback installed. I was just wondering is the pipe underneath my car suppose to hang lower than the stock? It hangs about an inch lower than the stock one. Can it be a missing hanger or it was made that way? Plus my car is lowered so that makes the problem worse cuz i scratch on anything that has bumps or dips. Does anyone else have this problem with their exhaust pipe scratching? I'll try to post up some pictures to give you an idea on what's going on.

Edit:

Not sure what kid of car u got but I have the ws2 on my 94 accord and that shit hangs real low too. Its just poor design I guess. Im also lowered on h&r sports and I scrape going over some speed bumps but its not that bad just go slow and diagonal.

I have a 00 Civic Si. Lowered 1.8 - 2 inches so it's pretty damn low. How low is your accord?

this may sound dumb, but make sure you don't have the midpipe after the cat upside down... its possible to do this, as funny as it sounds. The hangers will face the wrong way and your midpipe will hang super-low. The hangers on the midpipe should be facing down like this ...

What kind of car do you have?
THE WS hangs notoriously low on G3 Integra's, but I used to have one on my GSR and I never scraped or anything and I was (and still am) lowered on the Eibach Pro Kit.

Your car is probably too low. I would go with 1.2-1.5 so it helps with the problem.

Since everyone been saying Apexi systems hangs low and can't really do anything about it. I guess i'm going to get a set of rims. I have a set of my friends 17's on the car currently, and it gives the car a little more height plus i don't scratch as much going up curbs. I was thinking about Raze R-74 wheels. 17's in gunmetal on a 00 Civic Si Electron Blue. What ya'll think?
