Is it a rapid clicking or a slower clicking?

I had a rapid clicking and I just cleaned my battery terminals and tightened up the cables and it hasn't done it again.

My dad's car is currently having a slow clicking and in that case, it is the starter. I am going to replace his this weekend and hopefully that will fix it.

I see where you measured voltage, but I don't see where you measured amperage...

Lots of bad batteries & bad cable connections measure good voltage when there's no electrical load.
