Default Tuning!!!?!?

Well i've done my tunings myself with a buddy of mine using crome and have seen great results..i've seen times as low as a 14.02 at 103 from my basically stock setup..
My setup so far is a 1999 JDM B18C5 bottem end with a 1995 B18C head, Short air intake, Dc sports drag headers, stage 1 excedy clutch and no exhust.. and a chipped ecu..
But i think i can make 13's.. i've done all the research on tuning for the most part and how i tune is this..i set vtec really high, and tune my low cam which is what i've done and it seems to drop off around 5100 sometimes others about 5500, then i enable vtec around where my low cam drops off and tune my high cam, crome on accident put my vtec at 4800 so i know i'm losing alot of power but if i was to set it say at 5800 or 5600, what else should i look for while tuning, yes i'm tuning with a wide band and i was setting up for a 11.8 AFR, but i do have a new apexi n1 going on with a 2.5' piping, and a 80 shot Direct port dry goin on soon too, but i'm basically setting up for all motor /w nitrous what would be the ideal AFR to use for this setup and also is there anything else i should look into, i am getting a new set of headers cause mine are well all bent up.. but any thoughts and positive feedback is appciated.

Without the nitrous try uping the a/f. Stock a/f at wot is usually about 13:1, and then about 12.5:1 up top at wot. Each setups different but i'd try anywhere from 12.8-14:1. Get on a dyno try some different a/f between there. On the nitrous dont try anything higher than 12.5:1. That 11.8:1 would be a good starting point.
