Default why do my pluggs keep fouling?

ya so this is getting annoying I just put new pluggs into my car ngk Vpowers from denso iridiums and they fouled out within a 20 mile distance. my fuel pressure is at stock for the jdm motor. i also have a vtec Afc controller that i think was improperly tuned at a local shop on a dyno. is there any way i can reverse what the shop did? i know nothing about vafcs its all new teritory to me. so ya.

its fuel i put i new pluggs and set my adj. pressure reg. down to 20 when the vaccum line is plugged in and 30 when its un plugged. I was reading in the vafc book operation manuel last night and there is a vtec cross over fuel correction point if that was set wrong than the fuel would just pour into the motor at what ever it can get in untill vtec is fully engaged. so maby thats it. but on the top end the car screams but the bottom end boggs really really bad. if i ease my way into the throttle untill vtec and than slamm it its fine and there is no bogging but if i get on it during low end rpms it boggs untill i let off for a couple of seconds than when i hit it fter that it screams. I also have re conected my venom 400 chip could the fuel maps from the chip, the ecu , and the vtec controller be unequal from echother causeing confusion in the ecu and causing the ecu to just dump in fuel??

no new injectors. however i found the problem I know that its not a good way to fix it due to me not havin the car on the dyno but my air\fuel maps on the vafc controller werent even close to matching up in the low throttle and high throtte so i moved them so they matched up in the overlaping rpm ranges and adj. my vtec cross over fuel now everything is working well. i was going to go to the track tonight but I had to re install a new set of door popers for a buddy that a shop here messed up. but now they work right and everyones happy. so ill save the track for nextt week. ok im super duper tired so im gonna hit the sack. laters
