Default 96 Honda Accord Car Running Problem

My car has 110k Miles. When I'm driving my car, the transmission doesn't shift as smoothly as before and sometimes there's a delay in shifting gears. I can feel the free spin. What kind of things may be wrong with my car? and what can I do to improve this problem?

Your clutch might be going bad or flywheel need to be resurface. Also check you slave cylinder to see if it's leaking.

Or, if it's an automatic, try changing the fluid. Use real Honda ATF, it seems to make a difference.
