Obd1 Dohc Zc?

I was looking for engines on a few sites the other day and found this. Its an OBD1 DOHC ZC.I didn't know that they made those in OBD1 if they did.

Well my question is, is did they make an OBD1 DOHC ZC?

i always thought the ZC was obd0
