Did I cause any damage to the engine?

Hi,

I have an Acura Integra LS 92 Automtic with 1.8 Engine with 155,000 km.
I forgot to change the engine oil/filter for the past 6,000 km. I usually change it every 3000 km.

How much damage has been done to the engine, if any?

Probably none unless you ran out of oil.
Most vehicle manufactures recomend oil changes every 3,500, 5,000, or 7,500 depending on the oil you use.
