i am curious about how and what upgrades i can to do to my engine to increase power and speed. Things like cold air intakes, does that increase the power or just how hot the engine runs? Or are headers more important and more effective? i am not looking to spend too much right so i will probably start with about 500 bucks.

I dont know alot about cars so any help on where to get started will be great.

 

look further ahead, think about what you would ultimatly want in the end...shoot for that and cut out all the usless parts. If you think forced induction(turbo) in your future, don't waste money on a header or cold air intake they will be replaced....plan ahead to save money
