help wont run in gear

We have a 19990 intregra we put new heads on started right up runs great, untill we put it in gear, when we put it in gear it bogs down and the rpms bottom out once we take it out of gear they will slowly come back up help

Once you put a new head on an engine you should do a full valve adjustment to make sure nothing got fawked up during the time is has been handled.
