Default B16 head on B18 block

I have a B16 with ITR cams now...whats the effect of a B18 block instead of my B16 block.

B16 head w/itr cams on B18 block gives the highest comp, right?

What do u think of this setup?

Nope, the b16a and b18c5 heads are close to the same the c5 head has better valve train and flows a little better.
