I bought a 95 hatch with a b16 motor swap, combined with a integra ls tranny, I'm having a problem with it acting like it's searching for what gear it should be in, (it's a automatic) When your on the freeway going over 60 or so it acts like it can't figure out what gear it wants to be in. It has a MSD rpm activator for vtec , I was wondering if any of you think it might cause it to act like the tranny is shifting bad?? It also seems to shift from 1st gear to 4th really fast, and sometimes it acts like it does not want to down shift....I really don't want to replace the tranny, I've checked the fluid and the cable ,but they seem in working order...Any ideas guys??? I'm at a loss, not really wanting to take it to a tranny shop for testing, but......

torque converter might be bad, check the fluid level you might be a tad low, worse case scenario is that your tranny is going bad
