My wipers on my 94 accord are still running when I turn the switch off. There is also a ticking noise down by the drivers feet. Anybody has a clue what is going on?

 

there is a box underneath the dash that controls a bunch of stuff, intermittent wipers being one of them. not sure about accords, but on my crx it's behind the fuse box. mine was bad and the wipers wouldn't operate right, sometimes the spaces between each wipe wasn't the same. it ticks whenever they are supposed to operate. i'd say check that, but find one from a junkyard cause they are expensive as hell from the dealer. if not that then maybe the switch, hope that helps.
