i am trying to build a d series block and need to find out what the hp /torque capacity is on a d16y8 or d15b8 crankshaft?

probably more power then you'll be making. 500+whp has been made on the stock d16 cranks.

then what is the point of buying an aftermarket crank other than maybe a weight difference
