Default what HP/kW to expect? F22B1

Hey, I have a 5th Gen accord, 4dr, f22b1 VTEC engine

What sort of Horsepower/Kilowatt gains could I expect from the following Mods, in total?:

Extractors
Hi Flow Cat Converter
Hi Flow Flexi-Pipe
2.5" Catback
Pod filter intake with Cold Air
VAFC2

I already have the first 3, so that's one step of the way, and i get the air intake on monday.

Also, does anyone know what a 5th gen pulls at the WHEELS when STOCK? just for comparison?

well I'd hope for more than that, even a little... with the amount of money im putting in :P... I checked it out and its 145hp stock at the flywheel, which is 108 kw at the fly. I'll get it dyno'd once i finish the mods

all those mods you have add very little horsepower. maybe a couple peak hp each tops. i'd say whatever stock is +10-15 maybe.
