Default running a 14b turbo on a d16z6

I am working on setting up my 93 civic ex with a 14b turbo. I have the whole turbo set up and dsm 450cc injectors. I was curious as to if and/or how I could run the turbo set up with just resistors. From what I know the 450cc's are to work with a V-AFC and down tune your fuel map, but could I just run the turbo without the V-AFC or if i put on bigger than 10 ohm resistors or if I used Uberdata on my chip. Which if any would work. thanks for any help.
