I have a 94 LS. And my brakes are spongy ONLY while the car is running. I had them bled because i thought there was air in the lines, but the problem still exists. Also, the pedal goes all the way to the floor sometimes when the car is running it feels like the ABS engages a little. THNX

 

My 91 crx did that. It was a bad master brake cylinder. Only like 45 bucks for a redone one at Advance Auto parts, with exchange of your old one. They ordered it and had it in the same day. After i changed it out, it brakes like brand new.
