Well, its not nesc lying.
There are also a whole mess of different scales that dynos spit out numbers at. Standard Scale, US scale, Japanese.. german...
These scales all have different standards for ambient temperature, elevation, outside bahremetric pressure...
the generic hp per boost ratio is 9 to 1, so for every 1 psi of boost you will gain 9 hp, obviously a very broad stat but approximately right. with that said 4 pounds of boost would give you a 36 hp gain on a b18c is obviously not 270.
