Are these real B18C5 Engine for ITR?

I found a seller on ebay selling B18C5 complete block and head, are those parts enough to build a new engine? Will it fit my 2000 B18B integra?

B18C5 is JDM ITR from the pics it looks spot on to me. Stock b18C5's come with a girdle for the "#2#3#4 main caps. dont see one in the pics. this will bolt right into your integra.
