Default Itr Pistons In 94 Ls

Sup GUYS? I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem. I just got some itr pistons for my car off of ebay for real cheap. Do I need to mod the block or mod the pistons in order to make them fit into my car? Thanks for any help.

Aren't the LS pin diameters different?

...just pistons, or did they come with pins. I havn't done it yet, but I've read quite a bit (about ls/vtec-in') and nobody has ever mentioned a problem with putting type r pistons on their ls rods, which is what I plan on doing as well.
They will fit your block fine, but you might want to get things cleaned up while you have your engine apart anyway (head gasket, cylinder walls deglazed etc) You'll need new rings from Honda (Part # - 13011-PR3-003 for standard 81 mm bore). Its not as easy as new pistons, wow I'll put those in, but if you do put them in, you'll see a serious difference in power. For every full point in static compression, you'll see anywhere from 20% - 30% power increase (just from compression alone). I'm not sure of the numbers off hand, but I'd see another full point in compression between the two (140 * 1.2 = 168 hp) combine that with a better breathing top end and you'll see vtec style power.

Just to clear things. The pistons will fit without boring out my block correct? I'm also planing to buy the rings for the pistons. They should also fit without any problem right? BTW When I got the pistons it's coming with pins. Thanks for all your help guys

Yes they will fit without boreing the cylinder walls. However, once you take out the stock pistons you might find that the cylinder walls are scored, and need to be honed or bored over to take out the imperfections.
