Hi all, just wondering if anyone can throw some help my way.

Heres what I know
Bone stock california 87 honda accord
4 cyl carbs.

recently been screwed with to get it to pass smog had idle adjusted more than once to try to rectify problem but problem always returns

high idle around 2000 sometimes higher, does not seem to fluctuate, worse when warm

any ideaz, I've run the gamut egr, vacuum choke?, sticking throttle boddies, ?????

I'm convinced it's an vacuum issue but it's like a bowl of spaggetti in there. If someone could maybe help me issolate the parts of the fuel emmisions system that could possibly cause this problem then at least I could narrow it down.
