ok, i have a friend who purchased a beater car for the winter and said its a 90 civic hb with a 91 si motor in it. but the problem with it is that nothing on the dash works. he said he brought it to the dealer n they said he needed a si harness (the one behind the dash) is that true? he said he checked all lines and fuses and they are good except for on the cluster there looks what seems to be a couple of fried connections on the circuit board thing.
