Will A B18A1 Integra motor work in a 1994 honda civic?

In Arkansas it's not illegal. I'll scan this if I need to, but my friends 2004-2005 registration '99 Civic is stated as "1.8L". He's got a B18C3 (SiR-G) that is fully insured and even on his insurance it says something like "1999 Honda Civic 2D, Silver, 1.8L" where as my insurance says "1998 Honda Accord 2D, Black, 2.3L"

It's perfectly legal in OH.. but back to the topic..

all u'll have to do is put a obd1 distributor on the b18a1 & upgrade the civic's computer to an obd1 b18 ecu.. & u shouldn't have any troubles... best of luck!
