nitrous problem

yeah, i just changed the right after the dyno, forgot to mention that, did it with an oil change

yeah, ecu's been reset, had to do some electrical work on the car...

CEL is on, but for o2 sensor, no CC

Fix your O2 sensor problem, that's probably the culprit.

O2 sensor CEL, is a very minor CEL.

But couldn't that cause a rich condition, which would cause bogging/etc?

its definitely not the 02...have had the cat off for a while now with the cel light on, and this problem is recent
it does make it slightly richer, according to a/f from dyno charts

Do you have an adjustable FPR? Your fuel line/connection for the wet kit is good?
