Default JDMB16a(SIRII) into a 99 DX Coupe-Need Help

I am putting in a JDM b16a(SIRII) into a 99 Honda Civic Dx(Coupe)

My car is OBD2b and the B16a(SIRII) is OBD1. In order for this to work I bought a Conversion Harness OBD2b - OBD1 from Boomslang.

We started the swap last night I already know that I need the plugs from the b16 harness for the Vtec Pressure Switch, Knock Censor, and Vtec Selonoid I have already ran these wires to the Harness.

Now I remove the plugs from the b16 harness for the injectors, altenator and distributor.

-We have the injector wired up and everything seems to have a good connection.

-The altenator plug from the b16 has 4 wires and my obd2 harness only has 3 wires I was wondering what wire I do not use?

-The distributor for the b16 has 2 clips

and my obd2 harness only has one

We match up all the wires except for the dark blue on the b16 distributor(on the clip that only has 2 wires.

After looking thru manuals I think that the blue wire is the tach.

My question is where do I plug this blue wire at?

Thanks for the help
