Default CEL code 73 not going away...any suggestions?

Hi Guys,
After changing the spark plugs/wires/cap&rotor, the damn CEL 73 code is still
present. It is really starting to fuken piss me off. After I clear the code, it comes back every 1.5 weeks. The car runs perfect, and I have not noticed any other driveablity issue.
Anybody have an idea as to what other shittt can be causing this error?

Thanks,
Tommy

Code 73 is a misfire detection in cylinder 3.

The only other thing I can think of that may cause this is a dirty injector.
I hope there is nothing internally wrong with the engine. It only has 83k miles and it runs great, so I really hope it's nothing major.

In any case..thanks,
Tommy
