Default IT wont come OFF, help!

OK, so heres my story, I got a B16 head shipped to me VIA the worlds sh*ttiest carrier every, yup, thats right, UPS. They cracked my solenoid it 2 spots, bent some bolts, and bent this "pipe" i dunno the name of it, or what it does to be totally honest, but i just cante get it off. I have to get it off because UPS basically wants the broken parts if they are gonna pay for them.... As pissed as i am, i dont wanna mess anything else up on this thing, as i wanna get rid of it, i dont want anymore problems. I sure you guys have a way to get this thing offf, a simple wrench wont let it budge one bit. heres a picture, its the flatted iron colored pipe, which my finger is pointing at.

thanks allot
Rob

thats what i would do. if your a dick, tell them it is pnp'd and has all new valvetrain components.....but they are probably going to ask you for a receipt. im not sure how ups works, they might just reimburse you for however much you payed for it.

Depending on where you are at I can take a look at it and maybe put some heat on it to loosen it up.
I am in Brookfield IL so if you want to hit me up no problem email me and I will give you my cell phone.

Default RE the hose fitting.

If I am not mistaken that is for the antifreeze line to the heater core.
Not sure how easy it will be to get out and how easy it would be to get another without pulling one from a junk yard.
Let me know.
