Default Check engine code

I have a 2001 ITR, the check engine light is throwing an O2 sensor code and a "Electrical Load Detector defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor" code, plus I have no VTEC engagement. Anyone know what this might sound like?

How are your guages, windows, and turn signals working?

If you have a code 20 it's possible that your alternator or battery is ready to shit the bed.

The ELD is built into the under-hood fuse box. Check out the wiring for that, maybe something's disconnected?

Check the Vtec solenoid for a clogged screen.

I figured it out. It was a fuse under the dash board. Feeling stupid.
