crazy swap

Default crazy swap

i was wondering what i would need to do a 91' integra b18a1 swap in a 93' civic si. i have the complete integra. but is there anything else i may need that the doner car my not have?

keep it in the teg' it's lighter.... ie.. faster

yeah, but its not for me, i helping someone out and he's stuck on it. and we're just getting all the facts down before the swap. its a strange one, one that i havent done (yet).

94-95 integra: distributor, injectors, axles, mounts, exhaust manifold with single O2 sensor, Ecu
HASport cable/hydro convert if you are usin the b18a1 trans

we have the entire integra that the engine is coming out of. so i dont understand why the injectors, exaust manifold, ecu. we have the completre integra but do we need these parts from a 94' - 95' instead?? and why?

yes you need those parts from a obd1 integra to run it, you will also need an obd1 ecu to run it. the engine harness is wired for obd0, and your car is obd1. oh yeah it's illegal to put an older motor into a newer car.

you will use your harness from the Si and modify it to work on the teggy motor...but you will need the obd1 ecu to be compliant with all your other wiring...obd0 injectors, dizzy are wired differently, as is the same with the o2 sensor
