Gsr Head Look

How come those are empty i only have 2 and not 9 like i guess im suppose to i bought this head from my friend and i came like this. Do i buy those or do they come with headers or what im confused. Thanks

That is how it is supposed to be. The two studs have self-locking nuts that screw into them and the holes are for bolts.
