Default h22 problems...

this is a 91 accord w/94 prelude h22.

I got it up and running YAY. after grounding a few wires and connecting the IAC.. it idled very well...

I am still throwing a code 6... ECT, water temp sensor. Gotta fix that.

Now, it is having a hard time starting... it usually just doesnt start for the first time, then fires up after that. when it does, takes a second then usually idles around 2k-2500. sounds like it may be sputtering a little, im not sure. Does fine but when I go to turn it off, it takes a few extra turns, and kinda sputters off. Like it coughs a few extra times... makes a few extra revolutions. If it wouldnt have the hard start/stop... it would be pretty nice, but thats kinda worrying me.

Thanks

Hey, i also have a sputtering problem... is it like only when you are cruising at a constant speed, and it just keeps on hiccupping? Then under accel. it doesnt do it? I have that problem, and am trying to figure that out now.

As far as my first post... Reason it was having trouble starting, and shutting down, the throttle was stuck around 2500-3000 rpm.. so it was trying to start there and shut down there.
