Default Tranny issues

So ive been having some troubles eariler, but now im stalling the car often. I put it into 1st and give it gas, rev it up to 1k rpms and release the clutch, it boggs down like crazy and sometimes it stalls. Feeling like my car weighs like a millions pounds i think its my tranny. Sometimes i cant put it into first because it gets stuck right before its fully engaged in gear. I have to pull it out and shove it back into first, but the main problem is the bogging down on 1st and sometimes 2nd. How high do i have to rev it up? when i first got the car i only had to tap the gas peddal for a smooth start. Could it be my fluid levels? There is no way i can afford a tranny right now so is there anyway to fix this or am i SOL?

Also at some levels on the gas peddel it will vibrate like no other and gets me worried sometimes, i just changed my ground wires and 2 days later the pedal starts vibrating in 1st and in 2nd. Could it be spark plugs?

i would change the plugs and wires along with the cap and rotor. its highly likely that you will need to replace your distributor though, mine went right around 136k in my civic ex. easy fix just buy the part at the parts store of your choice, you can have the old one out and new one in within 20 minutes.
