Default H22 Swap

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I want to put an h22 engine assembly in my late 96 accord (5sp). I want to put an H22A4 (97+ Prelude) Engine+Tranny+Ecu. The whole kit basically. I wanna know will it be a direct fit (I know I would have to add a motor mount). Please help me with some advice on the swap!!!

well you dont need to replace the tranny because the h22a will bolt right up to the accord tranny. also here is a website with a motor mount kit.
