Default Questions on interchangeability

What's up, guys (and girls, not to offend)?
I'm new to the site and I jumped on with an immediate query :

I have a '99 Acura 2.3 CL that has some bolt-ons installed. I'm getting rid of it because my wife and I are ready to have a baby and we need to drop a car payment. I found an '89 Prelude Si that is superclean for exactly what I have to give.
It's a B20, non-Vtec (per the seller ; I haven't seen as of yet) DOHC 2.0 ltr.
The CL has a F23A4, Vtec SOHC 2.3ltr.
I could probably wait until I get the car to find out for myself (and I'm pretty sure I already know the answer(s)), but I wanted to see if anyone knew off the top of their head, what is the likelihood that I could swap between the CL and the Prelude :
The performance header???
Sparkplugs/plugwires???

Like I said, I'm pretty sure I already know the answers, but maybe if someone knows for sure.
I'm pretty much gonna give every dime I have saved for the car itself and I'd like to get the basic bolt-ons on the Prelude when I get it. I'm already gonna have to modify the intake on my CL, but that's nothing.
Someone, give me a clue.
Thanks.

it'll be highly unlikely that anything will fit between those two engines. they are completely different.
