Default No acceleration...HElp!

Last night i was filling up gas, and then after i was done, i started my car up. Well I put it in first and went, but it seemed like it was in 3rd. Pulled it out of gear and it was in 1st, but put it back into 1st again, same thing, hardly would accelerate. She used to have some kick in 1st, now its like 1st has no torque and same with 2nd. I have to press on the gas a little harder now to get the RPMs up. Any Ideas? Also the clutch seems to switch gears smoother as if its a little worn out, when i first got the car (a month ago) it was jerky and not so smooth. A friend told me the more jerky it is, the better your clutch is. any ideas?

sorry, well it seems like i have lost alot of power. I can no longer accellerate quickly, as if a hose had a crack in it some where. I havent really checked my clutch fluid levels recently i should check it. But it really started when i completely gutted the back of my car ( removed spare, back seats ect.) Thought it would be lighter, but now it seems like my car is pulling a trailer.

I dont think the clutch has been replaced on it yet, and thats what im basically saving up for. But i just wanted to check and see if this was a common problem.

mabye fuel injectors....

you may have stirred up something in the tank. might be clogging a fuel injector or fuel filter. Does it idle rough?
you also may have knocked loose the fuel pump ground or some other ground in the rear of the car.

unless the clutch slips it's fine.

Do you happen to know where i could find a link to where the fuel pump grounds or other grounds in the rear car are, for a honda 96 4d 1.6l 5-speed? Also when i first start the car up, it idles at around 2000 rpms then goes down after 5 minutes or so..thanks
