turbo on stock internals?
ok i got a d16 sohc vtec motor , that i have been told , with proper tuning (dsm inj and v-afc) can handle 9 psi daily , on stock internals , without blowing my motor
is this true?

well honda internals are really strong... with all the right turbo components yeah.
there is supposed to be a site somewhere somehow that is supposed to give you all the best combinations of things you can do for your application, and it tells who makes said parts.... but I can't remember what its called. Maybe someone here will see this and hook it up.

With the right amount of fuel management and tuning, yea its easily done on a daily driver. Check out turbod16.com and homemadeturbo.com

On turboD16 talk to scrappydoo (previously sleeperCivicEX). He ran 11 psi on his D16Y8 daily. Made 220 whp and ran a 13.98 @ 100. Ran it that way for ~3 years.
